Welcome to the Mithila Abadh Cultural Preservation Council (Dharamshala). To ensure a safe, respectful, and pleasant experience for all our guests, we request you to kindly review and adhere to the following terms and conditions:


1. Booking and Check-in

  • All bookings are subject to availability and must be confirmed through official communication channels (online, phone, or in person).

  • Guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID at the time of check-in.

  • Check-in time: 12:00 PM | Check-out time: 11:00 AM


2. Payment and Cancellation

  • Full or partial payment may be required at the time of booking.

  • Cancellations made 48 hours prior to the check-in date are eligible for a full refund. Later cancellations may incur a charge.

  • No-shows will be charged the full booking amount.


3. Guest Conduct

  • Guests are expected to maintain decorum and respect the cultural sanctity of the premises.

  • Smoking, alcohol consumption, and illegal activities are strictly prohibited within the premises.

  • Any damage to property or loss of items caused by guests will be charged accordingly.


4. Facilities Usage

Free Wi-Fi

  • Complimentary Wi-Fi is provided for personal and limited business use.

  • Guests are responsible for lawful and appropriate use of the network.

Free Parking

  • Parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis.

  • The management is not liable for any damage, theft, or loss of vehicles or belongings.

Seminar and Marriage Halls

  • Prior booking is required to use seminar and marriage halls.

  • Events must adhere to agreed-upon schedules, noise levels, and guest limits.

  • Event organizers are responsible for any damages or additional cleaning charges incurred.

Fully Air Conditioned Rooms

  • Rooms are equipped with air conditioning for your comfort. Please ensure doors/windows remain closed when AC is in use.

  • Power usage must be responsible to support our sustainability goals.

Dining Services

  • Meals are served at designated times. Outside food may not be allowed in dining areas.

  • Guests with allergies or dietary restrictions must inform the staff in advance.


5. Liability and Disclaimer

  • Mithila Abadh Cultural Preservation Council is not responsible for any injury, loss, or theft occurring during your stay.

  • While we strive to offer uninterrupted services, the management is not liable for service outages caused by external factors (e.g., power failure, internet disruption).


6. Privacy Policy

  • Guest information is collected solely for booking, security, and communication purposes. We do not share personal data with third parties without consent.


7. Right to Admission

  • The management reserves the right to refuse or cancel accommodation to individuals violating any terms, creating disturbances, or engaging in unlawful activities.
